How do I report a Major Incident?
In the event of a Major Incident, such as a system-wide outage, potential cybersecurity concern, or critical service disruption.
Call the IT Service Desk Immediately at 1-855-216-6688
Clearly state:
- This is a Major Incident
- Your full name and contact information
- What service is offline, or description of incident that has taken place?
- To your knowledge, what Department and/or location is affected?
